SHIPPING : All American Athletics does not guarantee any specific delivery time by the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS), or any other delivery method. All American Athletics is not responsible for missing packages with confirmed delivery from the USPS to be replaced or refunded. If your mailbox is known for theft, please use an alternate shipping address or contact your local postal carrier. All American Athletics does not offer signature required shipping nor provide insurance. Questions on shipping guarantees should be directed to the individual shipping company. Please allow for weekends and Holidays when determining shipping delivery time frames. For larger orders, All American Athletics will select the best carrier based on the weight and destination of the order. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Regular First Class and Priority Mail at no additional charge. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. All American Athletics ships out of our store in Clackamas, Oregon 97015.
I, agree to pay the 15% processing fee for any orders cancelled once my order is placed. I also agree to pay the 15% processing fee for any
pre-authorized returns by A3 guaranteeing that purchased merchandise is still in its original wrapper/packaging.
I also acknowledge and agree that A3 offers no warranty other than manufactures warranty offered by each individual manufacturer. Please see bat warranty information located on our website. All warranty issues will be dealt with by each manufacturer only.
Please note that order comments are not for delivery instructions. You will need to contact your local postal carrier for delivery instructions. A3 cannot forward special delivery requests.
All American Athletics has a 15% processing/cancellation fee for ANY & ALL orders cancelled once your order is placed. This fee also applies to any

A3 gets expected delivery dates for pre-orders from the manufacturer. At no time can A3 guarantee arrival dates. If arrivals are delayed by the manufacturer and you wish to cancel, the above mentioned 15% processing fee will still apply.
Sales: All sales are subject to final approval. All sales good towards in stock items only. No rainchecks will be offered on sales. Sales not good towards custom bat or glove orders. No exceptions will be made. Limited to stock on hand.

ON-LINE APPAREL AND HAT RETURN & EXCHANGES:
The following Return Policy only applies to Apparel & Hat purchases made through www.allamerican-athletics.com.
1. FINAL SALES - All sales items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALES items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, or store credit as described below, the merchandise must be unworn with any tags intact and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please mail the merchandise back to All American Athletics 15648 SE 114th Ave Ste 209 Clackamas, OR 97015. You may also make arrangements to return your merchandise at our store location for an exchange or store credit. Shipping costs for returns and replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
General Merchandise Return Policy:
We promise complete satisfaction to all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories within 30 days to receive an exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back in the same form as the original purchase. Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacture's policy. Please be sure to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Bat Return Policy:
For non-manufacturer issue returns, customer has 20-days from date of purchase to return unopened, unused bats. However, this return must first be approved by All American Athletics. Once approved it is the customers responsibility to return the bat at the customers expense. Please be sure to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all non-manufacturer approved returns. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you have any questions, please contact us at 503-329-5355.
Aluminum and composite bats carry the manufacture's warranty. All warranty replacements need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Contact DeMarini customer service for return instructions at 800-937-BATS.
All Custom and/or Special Order merchandise CANNOT be returned. This includes all Custom Uniform orders. All team uniform orders are subject to a $125.00 artwork fee. This fee, once correspondence has started with our designer, is 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. No custom team uniform orders will be refunded unless it is due to a printing error, confirmed and verified by All American Athletics. No exceptions.
The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. Price adjustments will not be given once the purchase has been completed.
No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for bats that are banned, forbidden, outlawed or deemed illegal for play due to rule changes made by your sport¿s governing body. If you are unsure if a bat is legal for play, contact your league to first before purchasing your bat.
CONSENT TO THIS POLICY:
This website operates AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. This Policy is governed by Oregon law, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in Oregon within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.
A3 and its affiliated companies (“All American Athletics”) want to work with you to put your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from A3. Any such designs which A3 prepares for you(“Artwork”), will be the property of A3 and will remain A3'S intellectual property even if you have paid a fee for our design services. You will receive the Artwork only as it appears on goods purchased from A3 and not in any electronic format. We will have the right to use the Artwork for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for sales and advertising.
If you supply us with original and usable designs (“Customer Designs”), those Customer Designs will remain your property, unless you request changes to the Customer Designs which significantly change the design. Such changes will result in the Customer Design becoming Artwork owned by A3. You represent that you have all the appropriate rights to use Customer Designs which you provide to A3, and you agree to be responsible for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement related to your Customer Design. You will need to provide written proof of your rights to use any third party logo or trademark prior to A3 using such logos or incorporating such logos into your Artwork.
