All American Athletics typically ships  Monday - Friday excluding all Nationally recognized holidays. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday, the order will be shipped the next business day. Timing on shipping can be affected by product/size availability or credit card/payment issues.  You will be contacted should we have any problems with shipping your order. You will receive a shipping/tracking notification via email once your order leaves our warehouse. 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:  

All American Athletics only uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Regular First Class and Priority Mail and/or UPS ground as their primary shipping method.  Please allow 7 days before contacting us in regards to shipment delays. Once a package has left our facility, we have same tracking access as provided to you via email. All American Athletics does not guarantee any specific delivery time by the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS), or any other delivery method. All American Athletics is not responsible for missing packages or lost packages with or without confirmed delivery from the USPS and/or UPS to be replaced or refunded. If your mailbox is known for theft, please use an alternate shipping address or contact your local postal carrier. All American Athletics does not offer signature required shipping nor provide insurance.  Once a package has been scanned by USPS or UPS in any of their sort facilities, All American Athletics is not liable to refund. If scanned by postal carrier, any claims for refunds is customer responsibility. Questions on shipping guarantees should be directed to the individual shipping company.  Please allow for weekends and Holidays when determining shipping delivery time frames. 

For larger orders, All American Athletics will select the best carrier based on the weight and destination of the order.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are made via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Regular First Class and Priority Mail at no additional charge.  Estimated delivery times on APO and FPO shipments can take up to 2 to 4 weeks. All American Athletics ships out of our store in Clackamas, Oregon 97015.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: All American Athletics ships internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  The international rates offered by USPS are highly competitive, allowing us to keep the final cost as low as possible.  Large orders may require the use of a different carrier (i.e., UPS or FED EX). Please note that delivery times for international orders vary by location.  International orders are always subject to increased security standards that must be met prior to shipment. All international orders are subject to Tax and Duty and may include additional charges. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

PLEASE NOTE: All American Athletics will only attempt to have the US Postal Service and/or UPS, deliver an order once. Any refused or unable to deliver packages will be returned to inventory. A credit will be issued minus the shipping charges. The Customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to pay to have the order re-delivered. 

PLEASE NOTE:   We reserve the right to refuse any order that does meet our criteria for safe & secure transactions. Due to the lack of postal insurance for Mexico, All American Athletics is unable to accept orders from our friends in Mexico. We apologize for the inconvenience.
